Two of the nations leading electronic recyclers, Envirocycle, Inc., and Nxtcycle, Inc., have announced they are merging operations to form Amandi Services (Asset Management and Disposition Services), creating the first national e-waste recycling infrastructure.
The combined companies bring over 50 years of experience in the areas of electronic waste environmental compliance, product stewardship initiatives for electronic devices, CRT glass recycling, commodity management for non-ferrous, ferrous, precious metals, reusable components, and value-added asset recovery services. In addition, this merger enables you to have the opportunity to use several strategically located facilities throughout the United States. This combination of experience and facilities will enhance the level of service we provide to you.
Amandi Services will employ approximately 300 people with over 500,000 square feet of production and warehouse space in 10 operations in North America. The merger puts Amandi operations within 240 miles of 50% of the US population and the company has expansion plans to reach 95 % of the population within 18 months.
